Breaking All The Rules With Social Media
Last week I did a program at the University of Iowa prior to an Etiquette Dinner. This program is a freaking blast. I just wish we would have had more time. Here are a few things we talked about:
- Why The Job Market Is Going To Be The Hardest For 2010 / 2011 Graduates
- How To Get Your Foot In The Door With Virtually ANY Company In The U.S.
- What Personal Brands Are, Why They’re Important, and How You Can Use One To Standout
- Ways My Friends Invented Their Own Jobs
- What To Do If A Pornstar Has The Same Name As You
- How To Build A $70K Business With Less Than $1,000 of Expenses (And Working A Few Hours Each Day)
- How One Intern’s Reputation Is Ruined For Life… Thanks to Facebook
- The Three Things You Can Do TODAY To Get Started With These Tools
This is a program every student should see before they start their job search.
(FYI - This is a shortened version… It was only about 35 minutes. Usually it would go 60-75.)
