Seth Godin On Blogging
When I ask people why they don’t blog I always get one of two responses:
“I don’t know what to write about.”
“Nobody would want to read my stuff.”
If that is you, watch this short clip from Seth Godin. You’ll see why blogging is about more than just the number of people who read your stuff. It’ll be worth the :57 seconds you spend listenting to him. I promise. (Thanks to Kevin for pointing this clip out to me.)
To quote Seth: “It doesn’t matter if anyone reads it. What matters is the humility that comes from writing it. What matters is the meta-cognition of thinking about what you’re going to say.”

This is awesome! Thanks for sharing. I may just have to re-post.
Thanks for posting, Andy! I feel inspired, I think I’ll finally start blogging again…even though no one reads it…
@Kim – People won’t read it if they can’t find it. (Leave a link next time.

I’m in the process of launching a company and have just added a blog to my website http://www.adaptds.com/issuetrackingblog/ . This gives me a new perspective on blogging though – focus less on “news articles” and more on my thoughts on my industry: CRM and Web-based Issue Management solutions.
Thanks for the post and inspiration!
