Learn about the Pre-Reqs to Success
Picture someone you know that is successful. There are three things that person knows how to do. In fact, there are three traits that all successful people share… They know how to manage money, manage time, and manage relationships.
Here’s how that works: When you become financially free, you are no longer trading your time for money. You can use that free time to build the relationships you want and ultimately, use them to give back to the world.
Take a closer look at those three traits…. The ability to manage Time, Money, and Relationships
These are three skill sets people need to succeed… So why aren’t schools teaching them?
It makes no sense for students to take a class on astronomy, but not take a class on building relationships or manage personal finances.
That’s why I’ve teamed up with Adam Carroll to build some training seminars for students. We’ve created a series of programs titled, “Pre-Reqs to Success: College teaches you pass… We’ll teach you to be successful.” Our core programs include:
- Winning the Money Game
- Networking P.O.W.E.R.
- Leveraging Time (the title of this program needs some work… any suggestions?)
We also offer some other elective programs that include:
- Building Your Own Brand
- How Not to be an IDIOT at Your First Job
- Vision to Reality
- Real Life Entrepreneur
- Presentation Skills 101
Adam’s an amazing speaker who presented to thousands of students all over the nation. The programs are designed specifically for the Gen Y audience. They’re fun, full great content, and always interactive. Here are a few things students have said about them:
This was the most influential, inspirational program I’ve seen in my college career. - Derek B, Colorado State
I’m doing what I’ve always wanted to do after graduation thanks to the networking skills I learned from your speech. - Andy C, Winona State
Nothing but positive comments from every person I’ve talked to about your presentation – that never happens at our conferences! Thank you for bringing real, relevant, information to our meetings. - Ashley E – Loyola University
I’ve never felt more in control of my finances. I got two scholarships this year by doing what you recommended. – Macenzie B – Wartburg University
If you know of any schools or organizations looking for programs, shoot me an email. We had the Professional Fraternity Association’s conference last week and our fall schedule is filling up fast.
To my loyal readers (like my parents) – This is the first “pitch” I’ve put on my blog… Thanks for putting up with it.

I’m so glad to be seeing someone realizing the potential and need for this. I’ve learned a lot of these lessons from the school of hard knocks over the last 4 or 5 years (almost done learning the money ones -_-) and I don’t think most people realize how important they are. Good luck to you and I’m going to see about passing this information on to my university.
Additionally… “The Gift of Time”, perhaps?
David – I just checked out your website. Congrats on the internship! That’s unbelievable. My buddy is from Jakarta and can probably answer any questions you have about Indonesia. His website is http://www.piotrj.com I can introduce you two over email if you’d like.
As for the Pre-Reqs, thanks for passing along the information! I’ll shoot you an email soon with a piece that explains more about our seminars and workshops. Have a great week!
